A Feed Reader can be a web or desktop application and it allows you to read RSS and many other formats. Simply “paste” or add an RSS Feed website URL into the application and it will display and monitor news from that particular website feed. This is a “hub” for all of your feed subscriptions. Feed Readers will usually notify you of new posts or new content so you don’t have to manually go to website to see if they have updated news.
