The goal of Measurement and Verification (M&V) is to compare actual building performance with baselines created during design. The M&V Module automates this ongoing data collection process and visualizes the actual performance data in a dynamic and interactive interface. Accounting for weather and occupancy allows the normalized data to show discrepancies such as potential equipment problems.
